Packed up the family for a short trip out of Athens and down to Augusta for a night. Plans were to do a little geocaching, a walk along the river and a visit to Fort Discovery. Didn’t get through everything, but did start building a visual journal along the way …

We had researched a few geocaches for the trip ... and failed miserably to find them.
While we didn't find the geocache, we found this.
Across the street from the hotel were a string of shops, with a very fake vintage look to them.
Along the River Walk is a little amphitheater.
Not sure what this was about ...
