After 15 years of mediocre service, our dryer has reached the end of it’s time. It was legendary in our house for its ultra efficiency – we joked that it saved so much energy by never actually drying our clothes.
What I thought was a bad roller, necessitating the removal of about 200 screws, turned out to be the motor itself. Serviceable, but it was just prolonging the inevitable.

Spring convocation for the college, we sent a large crop of UGAVJ kids out into the wild. We have so many amazing kids, visual storytellers that go off and do amazing things. This year, we had more than usual.
Every few years there’s a cohort that just bonds tightly, this was one of them. They traveled the city and state in packs, finding stories in out of the way places that need to be in the way.
