Later, a discussion amongst high-level editors about how they became managers was insightful and useful at the highest level. If you were paying attention, you could use that info to advance your career nicely.

A little different format this year with hands-pn workshops to start, went with the kids to the sports one. Started at the hotel with explanations of how Stephen Gosling sets up for his NBA gig, then out to a rec center to put it into practice.

Early this morning I pulled into the motor pool and checked out the big Chevy van, loaded it with kids and headed north – 12 hours later, we pulled into a Virginia hotel for the National Press Photographers Association Northern Short Course. Good times ahead.
