A little leftover wiring outside the college and above our new patio.

The Mrs. and I took a long walk through the woods of the State Botanical Garden, something we need to do more often. I wanted to learn this new camera and how to see with two bodies again, we wanted time out of the house.
She was very patient as I stopped every hundred feet, which makes for a long, short walk.










Two days in a dark room, on mildly uncomfortable chairs, listening to great speakers. Good days.

Attending the Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar for, I think, my tenth time in a fourth different location.


A walk across campus, an off-beat table for lunch – both brought sights of students in various stages of their day.


There are so many family members and friends who served, I’ll never be able to say thank you to all of them. But my dad, my cousin Jimmy and my uncle George deserve a mention. As do the folks who went through the Military Photojournalism Program at Syracuse while I was there.

I feel like I was deceived, there were none to be found.
