The groundwork continues alongside my route to and from work. A new gas station and quickie mart is expected here, along with a lot of traffic, I suspect.

Wandered downtown this morning to grab breakfast with a friend, I wondered when a restaurant like Mother Pho becomes an institution like Mayflower. (Which was our original destination, but they took the holiday off so we headed around the corner to The Grille, which is definitely an institution.)

We’re working on a banner for the Atlanta Region of the SCCA so I needed to make a modern(ish) road rally kind of an image. Camera clamped to the windblocker in the Miata, rally apps running on devices, the Mrs. with a clipboard and off we went, around the corner and then home.
This, in nearly nine years of the photo blog, is the first set-up image I think.
It makes me queasy.
