We knew there were some fascia boards that would have to be replaced, they were spotted by the painting estimator. The crew who came in today figured out why this one was rotting and made some changes to the roofline flashing to prevent it from happening again – that’s service.

We are having the house painted this week (weather permitting), step one is to pull the screens out so they can pressure wash … and do it so I can put them back.

Another forested area was clearcut to put in student apartments. This is along my route to campus, so I’ll be dealing with traffic here for a while.e
