Part of our building was rebuilt as a TV studio with some nice architectural touches, like threaded rods for railings. It does ensure we’ll never have a day care center here, though.

Beet Crazy

My wife claimed she did not like beets. I, on the other hand, grew up on canned beets it seems. She has come around and now roasts them from time to time.
